El Hormiguero es un lugar donde" (The Anthill is a place where)…. So begins the Sunday afternoon comedy magazine programme hosted by Pablo Motos and his ants, Trancas (Tough) and Barrancas (Uphill). The new and innovative show features a number of different sections, including the antics of the side-splitting scientist Flipy with "La ciencia de Flipy" (Flipy's Science); "El kiosco" (The Kiosk), with Juan Ibáñez and Damián Molla, "El trueque" (The Barter), which Jandro is in charge of; "El rap de la semana" (The Weekly Rap), to the beat of the current affairs of the week; not to mention Raquel Martos' "En-vidio cochino" (Green with Envy-deo), a section on trick videos; Luis Piedrahita's monologue about small things; and others.
All sorts of things take place in the almost two hours of studio broadcast. From unusual experiments to celebrity interviews, gathering kid's wisdom, handy lessons for survivors,…. All this and much more in hilarious fun and at a quick-witted pace. |
